All I Want for Christmas – December 2021 Update

Greetings and Blessings to each of you in the Name that is above every name. We had a bump or two in our schedule as many of you have also.  Pray for pastors who are under the stress of these situations. Pray for the empty seats due to Covid, in families and in the churches of America. Pray for our Country, for the Gospel to be preached and for God’s leadership on many fronts. Thanks to all who continue to pray, support and encourage as well. Each of you are a Blessing to us. In the midst of all the above, the Lord has richly blessed us all, Amen?

A couple of thoughts on Christmas; ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS, Luke 2:11-17—

All I want for Christmas is the Presence of Jesus, “Unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord…” Christmas is family, I want my family to know there is a Perfect, Sinless, Sacred Birth of a Heavenly, Holy Savior for the whole wicked world and for all of us sinners as well. I want them to know that His purpose in coming was to die for the sins of all and to deliver all from sorrow to Joy.

All I want for Christmas is the Peace of Jesus, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men…” Our Christmas can have Spiritual Peace, in our hearts and homes. Peace in the midst of the pandemic, the political chaos, and the perversion of morality. He brings Superior, Satisfying, Sweet Peace. I want those I love to have His peace this Christmas.

All I want for Christmas is the Praise of Jesus, “And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God. Vs 20, And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen…” I want my family to praise and worship the Savior whom I have seen and heard. I want our churches to rejoice, sing, and praise Him as in day of past. I want my country to recognize Him and praise Him who is; Hope for the Hopeless, Help for the Helpless, Home for the Homeless. I want us as individuals to…

Bless His name and praise Him for what He has given us and for letting Christmas remind us of it!
